After following the instructions as a child, I thought I was in search of the American corporate dream. I went to college, got the grades and got a job with a good title. The title did not pay the bills or advance my life. I discovered network marketing and I learned what it was like to create my own freedom and I was hooked to never working another job. Fast forward after other businesses, I found Metro Public Adjustment and I started to see myself being able to use all of my skills and put them together in one position. I have been able to travel the world, get my own place, buy new cars, start other businesses and help other people to reach their dreams. Thank you Metro for changing my life.

In my 32 years of government service, I always believed that education and self-improvement would excel me to the next level in my career, however I was sadly mistaken. I was passed up on positions and received small increases, which made me believe I lacked something - that I was missing or doing something wrong. My turning point was a retro 1.9% for 3 months after a period of 10 years of no salary increases.  What I was missing is the entrepreneur in myself and I’m thankful that I found Metro Public adjustment and my real estate career. Metro’s environment promotes self-development, leadership and consistent learning which was absent in the government sector. I welcome the much-needed change and after experiencing this I will never go back to the government sector. I am grateful for these opportunities and I can turn my mindset of scarcity living to abundance. Living in this high-cost state and building a team, will add extra income to what was lost in my years in the government sector.  It also gives me the freedom to enjoy other activities without living in scarcity and putting in long hours trying to make up what was lost in the past.
